Going off the top of my head, we’ve had the No 1 juco players rated at 

Bell RB

Mills RB

Green DL

Manning  WR 

can’t say Frost isn’t trying or getting what most perceive to be “top talent”.  

Takes a whole team to make it come together tho. Now we have Toure as a transfer as well. 
Supposed to be top talent he’s landed but none so far has been the dude that flipped the script. 
methinks it’s all up front. When we gets the OL we need, we’ll succeed with individual talent plucked from the ranks. Get the OL!!!!!!!
