If there's a scheduled doubleheader (which there is), it should have taken place after the top of the 7th. 

So I'm guessing they turn it off for the NCAA Tournament. It's been so long since we've had to worry about this I've forgotten.

Question - assuming we win this game, we play Arkansas again tonight, and if we win that game we'd have to play Arkansas again on Monday?

No, I’ve only watched Nebraska and I haven’t watched much college baseball ever. 
 

I was hoping they could get off the field early to rest for tonight. 

 
NU reaches the final of a regional for the first time in 14 years.  Regardless of the result, that is something for this team to be proud of.  It's been a great season, let's see if they can extend it at least one more day.

Yep this year was a complete success. Anything on top of this is gravy.

 
I don't even like baseball, but when Nebraska baseball is doing well I freaking LOVE baseball! Gonna watch tonight's game on my projector in the theater room cranked up.
