Hey i was looking up pictures of cosgrove and came across this article. Apparently in 2000 cosgrove applied for head coaching job at missouri. It may not be news to you, but it was to me.

Cosgrove is in his seventh season as the Badgers' defensive coordinator. He was an attractive candidate for Missouri officials in part because he is considered an outstanding recruiter, particularly in the Midwest.

and that is why he is here. I love that we are doing so good at recruiting, but it sure seems this staff is to focused on it.
