***The Nebraska Defense - Blackshirts 2021***

I really really hope the other corner is good so the QBs can’t just always throw away from him. 
 

I’m excited to see what this defense can do. 

 
It would be totally awesome if our front seven are so good that our safeties aren’t sucked up to the line and all of our DBs have a great year 

some interceptions by our safeties would be awesome.

I would like this also. We simply don't have the type of athletes needed at OLB to effectively rush the passer without blitzing. Granted very few teams do, but that's what makes running a 3-4 in college football difficult. I know they're rarely in just one setup but mostly I want to see a pass rush with the 4 designed rushers on any given play, not bringing 5 or 6 to get there and leaving holes behind them.

Tuoti mentioned that he's totally comfortable playing Nash Hutmacher, and that Hutmacher will travel. Which I think is a stronger statement than we've heard about him, before it was the usual "doing some really nice things," without really suggesting they'll be out there.
