So i was at taco bell about 3 or so hours after the game with my gf and her friend and 2 of the football players come in..everyone noticing they are husker football players and some college chicks from unl huggin them they look very happy for some reason..almost the whole time they were there they were smiling and laughing and idk what about but i thot i would just pass that along...my question was what were they laughing at seriously when you just lost to a mediocre OSU team??? :dunno

This is what happens when you kill the family. The family was killed with Solich, now we have no identity. Unfortunately, I played on a team just like this one. We were terrible, but I had awesome stats. This seems to be what this team is all about. Thank you for the memories Pudnocker!

Well this was a pretty big problem really under any coach. Read that new book by the former second string player. Guys were drinking on the bus rides and flights.

Guys were partying with Osborne as the coach as well.....see Christian Peter

I also noticed several players in the parking lot drinking and smoking about an hour after the game in the parking lot.....party on guys

I really don't care what some jealous 2nd stringer has to say. I only care about what I see week in and week out from THIS team! I think you were the one that said we got a "peach" of a hire in Callahan. I think I ordered roast beef and someone tried to pass off a sh#t sammich to me. I might not be the sharpest tool in the drawer, but I think I recognize sh#t from roastbeef. Jealous wannabees really don't do much for me as I'm still in contact with winners from the glory days. It's kind of funny how they don't mention the same things as some loser does in a book!

Yeesh... in HS after a loss I broke the door on my car (we weren't used to losing. We lost 2 games my Sr year and my friend, who graduated a year ahead of me, made fun of me saying that we lost as many games in that year as his class did during their entire carreer). There wasn't joking or having fun after a loss... not because anyone made those rules, no one was in the mood for it. hell, I didn't even take it that seriously... we were in highschool... but losing still sucked a lot. I can't imagine being a player at any position in the depth chart at UNL and not wating to just go home and brood after a loss. But, hey, maybe they're used to it.

LOL, I think it's pretty obvious they are used to losing. 04' lose 6 games. Last year they lost what 5 games? Yeah, I'd say they're used to it. It's all fun and games until somebody gets an eye poked out!
