sorry if repost but according to huskers.com there is ZERO T.V. coverage for the game. I remember when our games weren't on t.v. because our opponents were bad, now our games aren't on t.v. cause we are bad.

 
WHAT?!?!?!?! No TV coverage for the Implosion Bowl - the loser of which gets braggin' rights over which team has completed a bigger nose dive this season. It is a travesty I tell ya' call your cable company DEMAND they televise what truly could be the game with the least amount of emotion EVER in college football!!

I do wonder what type of revenue is lost when there is not a regionally, or even pay-per-view type of game...

 
Hmmmmmm, I could listen to the NU/A&M game while I watch the UNO Mavericks play some damn good football at Caniglia at 1:00 next Saturday. They are rated #1 in D-II you know just coming off a win of the #2 team North Dakota! Sorry, this is a Nebraska bored, but since the game isn't on tv....

Don't they have blue field like boise st irrelvent but I was curious

 
I wonder how much ratings this last game got. I wonder if that played into the decision to not televise this game. If it is then we are all doing our job! :thumbs

 
that Iowa St (vs Okla) and Baylor(vs Tex) will each have their games on TV but ours against A&M wont be.

those 2 games should be blow outs ... granted ours may be a blow out also .... but just the idea of iowa st and baylor being on tv before us just blows!!!!

 
Why would any major network want to show the "SPED" Bowl anyways? (Disclaimer: The following is not a disrespectful comment towards any member of the community that is mentall/physically challenged.)

Yep, the Mavs are a spectacular team this year, if I was in Omaha I'd go see'em...and with Danny Woodhead doing what he's done at Chadron State, there is some great Nebraska football this fall...even if it isn't in Lincoln.
