NU to unveil $150 million football facility plan Friday

A basement.  Probably where the new special teams offices will be.
Moving from this perfectly good spot? 10 square feet seems about what these guys think we should invest in Special Teams it seems- with a minimum wage student- intern in charge  :D

Sorry once contracts are made price cant and shouldnt be allowed to go up or down.  Its a get f#&%ed stay f#&%ed world and once you are quoted with a contract theres no going back.

Every person who has built a house over the past 18ish months will tell you that what you're saying is wrong. When material cost goes up, the cost to build your structure does as well. You can't expect the contractor(s) to take a $15M hit...

Yep, we have multiple projects going on at our school.  Just met with our GC last week about increases.  One project we were working on, the vendors only guaranteed quotes for 10 days.  30 is the norm I have seen.  We have a HVAC project my superintendent kept putting off.  Initial quote was 40K, by the time he accepted it was 54K.

We have a $20 million addition happening.  By the time permitting and bids go through, we will break ground in July of August.  We will start buying steel in February and store it in a warehouse somewhere.

Crazy times!
