We should play those in the opposing teams "tunnel" as they walk from their locker room etc. Not over the entire PA system but literally just the area they are walking in. 

 
I can see it now. A video short  of that MTV voice  “and all these events happened in 1997”

the bulls win the nba championship, the Marlins win their first World Series trophy, titanic became the most expensive movie ever made and….

the Nebraska Cornhuskers win their fifth national championship cue the music…..wannabe <_<
