Michigan: What did we learn

Rinse wash repeat.  If anyone actually thought Martinez wasn’t going to have a turn over late in the game on a game winning drive…… you’re wrong.  We all knew how this would end when they tied it up.

1. You cannot take the 1st half off with play calling and spot the other team 13 points.  That put the team behind and it was simply too much to make up.

2.  Martinez is a winning QB off the field but not on the field.  Frost needs to move on from him as the guy just doesn't have it when it's needed.

3.  Defense had a lackluster performance and missed many tackles.  First time all season they seemed to struggle.

4.  Special teams actually looked good.

5.  Frost still has to find a way to get 4 more wins to get his first winning season.  The odds of that have gone way down.
Purdue, Wisky, Minny, and Iowa?

Whining about the refs is lame.  Yes Adrian screwed up but we aren't in the game without him so whining about him being the worst thing ever is lame also.

Pretty much I hate whining. That was a damn good team we played, they made more plays. Tip your cap and move on.

I learned Adrian Martinez is worse than Kurt Cousins at the two min offense. If Adrian goes into the two min offense from now on I'll just shut off my tv

This team has a ton of heart, but heart doesn't win football games against tough opponents.

We're better than we played against Illinois, but as long as we keep shooting ourselves in the foot in critical situations, we're not good enough.

Leaving points off the board in the first half has a funny way of coming back to bite you in the second half.

Martinez is still the guy who can dazzle you with a few good plays, then turn right around and give the game away.

Did u see Iowa today? While I feel both them and penn st overrated to begin with there’s no f#&%ing way we beat them when our quarterback is a complete liability in close games.

Maybe by then we find a way to make the game not close?

Guys—I’m just trying to be positive. This game stings because we should have won.

Well Iowa is better than Michigan so that will be difficult.  Wisconsin still has good coaching and can turn their season around.  The only 2 likely wins are Purdue and Minnesota but I struggle trusting this staff and team in any game anymore.
How do toy figure Iowa is better than Michigan?  We truly do match up well strength for strength against those losers
