I hesitate to even bring this up, but I saw it on multiple boards and even a mod and respected poster on another board brought it up. Yant and Scott both portaling? Also Rahmir hurt this week so we have 1 back? What say you husker board?

That was the post I read from the board, confirmed by another poster. Yant and Scott both unavailable due to leaving the team. Rahmir hurt - leaving Stepp as the lone back. Like I said no idea if there is truth to it, I just thought it was odd a mod would post it. Seems like they would usually squash that stuff...

 
I just looked at the roster and realized we have 12 guys listed at Running Back. The most "senior" among them is Stepp - a Sophomore. 

Eight true Freshmen, three Redshirt Freshmen, and one Sophomore.
