I mean ... I guess I don't really know for sure.

But I think she was.

She was the Hawai'i player of the year her senior year and a second-team All-American.  She originally signed with USC as a scholarship player before coming here.  I guess I'd be pretty shocked if she came as a walk-on.

USC pulled her scholarship & she came to NE right before season.  I'm pretty sure she was not on scholarship her freshman year.  I could be wrong.

 
After further review, she was on scholarship.  Mutli-year scholarships are guaranteed for 4 years in the big 10, but single year scholarships are also given.  

 
Going from being a big factor in shutting them down on their home turf to joining them.  Crazy how things work sometimes.  I hope it works out well for her.  Not gonna lie, I’m a bit disappointed that it’s Texas she’s going to.
