That's what I've gathered.  But I haven't read into it too much yet.

Did Rutledge report this? Feels like the NCAA had this reported to them and felt the need to dish out any punishment. "Yeah just make Frost sit out any 5 days during the season, and we'll call it good".

So, our coach is a bad a$$, big deal! I feel worse for Saban when Nebraska beats them in the national championship game without Frost.

Maybe the best line I've heard, Jerry Tarkanian once said, when the NCAA is made at Kentucky, they put Cleveland State on probation.  Life was so much better when NU was Kentucky

the best part about this is they got in trouble for having the worst special teams in the country.

Sabine is smart enough to not get caught...  but i suspect that all power five teams live life on the edge of this rule....
