It’s not clear how programs and coaches will have much stability.  I don’t know how a coach will handle players and team chemistry when players are focused on their own interests and money, untethered to teams and on field success.

A&M is showing the way with every scholarship OL getting $50k/year,  I'd think a smart QB, like the NFL, will pay his guys money to keep everything going smooth.  Here's a Rolex, thanks for the blocking this year.

 
Well sounds like Thompson definitely gave him the low down.  It must have worked.

Now I just hope he can even somewhat live up to the hype.  Would be awesome to have a true threat off the edge again.  It's been a while.

If this happens - heck, even if we land 2 of the 3 - I'll be happier than a puppy with two peters. I know Wynn is good friends with McGowens (Husker basketball) but I guess that doesn't matter since McGowens is leaving. Williams is from Marrero (outside of New Orleans) which is prime Mickey Joseph territory. Pretty certain that Joseph and Williams are already well-acquainted with one another.
