I don't remember.  Does it have to be during the season?  Meaning, it can't be during fall camp?

According to the Sherman tweet above it has to be 5 consecutive days starting at the beginning of fall camp.

We would have heard if Frost wasn't at any of the practices this fall.

I would hope he’s already paid his fine and served his time.  Not sure they need to broadcast it.  Just do your time and move on as team needs no off field distractions - plenty to focus on - in the field.
