If you want to look at it as it happens a couple times each year, sure. If you want to look at is as a handful of games out of ~1,500 FBS games each yeah, I would say it's unusual. It is unusual for us at least!

FanDuel dropped the spread to -10.5.  It was -12.5 over the weekend.

Curiously the O/U moved up a point to 51.5.

If I didn't know much about these teams as a casual FanDuel bettor, and was thinking of just recent history (1-3 years) I'd probably pick NW to cover.  I mean, Huskers have been known to keep games close.  So I get it, no biggie.  Vegas lines might even shrink too, and that is fine as well.
