I tried to search for this but the feature is 'currently unavailable' so if this has been posted before I apologize.

With all of the 'action' going on and my desire to listen to sports talk while I'm working during the day and hear all of the comments called in by the 'Sker faithful. Can someone provide sports talk radio stations, websites so we out of area fans can listen on the net live, and the times of the programs?

I very much appreciate it (and I'm sure brothers and sisters from across the country would like this info too!

Quite frankly I'm tired of getting 'old news' from KC sports talk shows using this step back in our program to bash the 'dear old Nebraska U'.

Here's the link for 1620 AM.

I'm sure they have a schedule up, but the big Nebraska sports talk during the day is Unsportsmanlike Conduct, from 2 pm to 6 pm, I think.

Hello,

Two guys I really like do a weekly podcast on their website which is constantly available. They also have an archive, I believe, of old shows, so if you're really hard up you can dig through that.

The website: www.midwestcoastbias.com

Don't let the name fool you; before this season they were the epitome of Callahan supporters (along with most of us), but now that this disastrous train has finally come near the station, I think they've turned quite realistic on us. They're not vehement about a lot of the coaching staff or the changes which might occur, but for a down to earth discussion of breaking stories and a commercial-free dose of Husker lovin', you could do a lot worse.

Best of luck to you,

X

John Farris is a hoser!!!

just kidding,

actually met John on a Tony Kornheiser message board, nice guy. hmmmm....wonder if he posts here....

anyway...if you check out my signature, which I believe an above poster mentioned, you get a pretty unbaised comedic approach...plus you'll get to hear my e-mails read. A believe they archive their podcasts and keep them for about two days.
