Rhules Recruiting Philosophy

Kinda unrelated but offering all these local kids is an underrated move they will most likely stick around to be developed opposed to a kid from say FL. Then you got out and get some of the more seasoned guys in the portal while these kids develope. 

 
I might be wrong but it seems like most of the new staff have had the title of recruiting coordinator at previous jobs. Is that accurate?

Yes, that was brought up by a few of the radio guys. 
 

but I wonder if everyone’s s chief, where are the Indians? What special skills does s recruiting coordinator bring, especially with other coordinators in the room?

Fair questions but I feel better about this than having a staff w a first time recruiting coordinator.

Since a lot of these guys are ‘Rhule’ guys they probably know each other.
