from the article it made it seem like it was a 3 way race between Neb, KSU and Iowa.  either way at least they don't have to worry about Iowa

It’s basically KSU, N, & Bama here. Iowa hasn’t to my knowledge been involved in some time 

I have my doubts on that article. 247 and on3 would seem to agree.

They have a few prospects, but more likely know that they aren't seriously in the race. Saying they're full saves face and avoids the embarrassment that Proctor pulled with them last year when he flipped to Bama very late. If they thought they had a shot, there would clearly be an offer.

This may sound like a dumb question but when does high school football exactly start up?  I'm asking to get a rough estimate of the timeline of if we could potentially gain his commitment soon or wait way longer?
