Weird Time for Christians

Tony Perkins sounds like a real piece of s#!t.   I believe this story is from 7 years ago though, so why is the non-child support paying piece of s#!t, BrooklynDad, bringing it up now?   

 
Remember that high school coach who got suspended allegedly over praying at midfield but really over just continuously disobeying school district policy? Well he won his supreme court case, has a book and a new career as a public speaker, and resigned after one game because even though he told the court he was anxiously awaiting his ruling so he could go back to Washington and retain his old job, he was obviously lying. The grift is real.

Don't normal courts get pretty pissed when they get bamboozled like this? Don't they usually sanction the lawyers?
