Read on another board that Callahan has officially resigned. It's being reported on a radio station. Apparently Cally and the University have reached an agreement and an announcment will be made later today. Can anyone confirm?????

Sorry but after all the rumors on this board I'll wait till it's offical. Nothing against you at all my friend, just all the fools who put up rumor after rumor. God I hope its true though. :thumbs Thanks HuskerfaninOkieland for keeping a heads up! :)

 
Oh trust me. I'm a hater of the rumors but this one peaked my interest. I'm trying to find some semblance of truth to this. If I find anything, I will MOST definitely let everyone know. If not, my humblest apologies :hmmph

So is it a local radio station in your area? As for the other board reporting -- which one is it?

There was a rumor in Rumorville yesterday that Callahan and Cosgrove had resigned on Sunday, so I wonder if it is just that one making it's rounds...

so...before this gets moved to rumorville....what radio station is claiming this?

 
Even if he did, it is probably effective after the season...and even if it is not, it was probably negotiated to where he still gets bought out.

 
I saw it also. He did not mention a radio station in his post. It has been deleted from the other board. I am 99.9% sure it was that guys idea of a joke.

 
The guy who posted it never said what radio station but he had "590" in his signature. I'm checking out the Big Sports 590 website now. Unfortunately, the mods/admins on the other board have already pulled the thread so I'm beginning to believe this was just another ugly rumor <_<
