Netflix & streaming video stuff worth watching

Add the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle with this and you’re pretty well covered….well, and HBO Max.
I couldn’t find the article in the tweet giving the details could you?
Is it for only 6 months then the price skyrockets, or a year etc….sounds too good to be true as Netflix by itself is around $15 a month now

I also thought it sounded pretty cheap but I didn’t follow the link for details. I don’t even want to add up all the costs I’m currently paying for cable and streaming services. All I know is it’s a scary number.

We’re paying for 4 screens of Netflix and I want to say that alone is $21.99. We need 2, my daughter in Lincoln uses 1 and I’ve been trying to convince my son to drop his and use our 4th screen. As soon as they crackdown on people not being in our household, I’ll cut it back to 2. But so far so good.

Wow, I'm surprised you haven't been hit already. We have the 4 screen plan as well, and my MIL can no longer access Netflix because she is not in our household. She lost access early last fall, if not in the summer last year.  I'm curious when my daughter moves out in the fall to her dorm how long she will retain her access.  I'm assuming it will depend on how often she comes home hitting us up for money and to do laundry.

I wasn’t sure how they would handle it. I figure as long as I’m paying for 4 screens, and that’s all that ever gets used, it should be okay. But if they really want me to cut it to 2 and pay them less, I’m okay with that too.

Both my kids, one in town and one in Lincoln can access our Xfinity account and watch virtually anything in our cable package. Somethings have to be on the home network but, for example, HBO Max, my daughter can watch in Lincoln. I’m sure we’ll get shut down someday. Gonna switch to Allo fiber soon anyway.

Snack Shack

Filmed in Nebraska City, 2024 but set back in 1991.  They mention lots of Nebraska stuff (Mike Rozier, Air Force Base, The zoo). It is a high school/teen comedy.

So far so good.
