2024 Fall Camp Notes - Offensive Line

I would think Knaak & Gottula would man that spot. Brix is gonna need a little bit. He is probably also a RT.

OK. Man, I really need a depth chart. I didn't realize how many new guys we're going to have on the offensive line.
I think the one from this thread is pretty good - not official, but seems to jive with the reports from camp. So now it's probably more like:

Left Tackle                     Left Guard                  Center                  Right Guard                  Right Tackle
1. Turner Corcoran    1. Justin Evans           1. Ben Scott          1. Micah Mazzccua    1. Bryce Benhart
2. Gunnar Gottula      2. Henry Lutovsky      2. Justin Evans     2. Tyler Knaak              2. Tyler Knaack
3. Grant Seagren        3. Jason Maciejczak 3. Sam Sledge      3. Gibson Pyle              3. Grant Brix

But things will get weird because guys aren't locked into one position, so there could be a lot of shifting with any more injuries. Prochazka's just pretty much affected LT 1/2, but any additional attrition likely ripples through the whole line.

Sam Sledge gets the award for the perfect OL name.

I don't like seeing anyone get injured.  But, if it has to happen, I'd prefer it to be a true freshman on the O line.  They probably weren't being looked at as major contributors anyway this year.
