That's good. I would like to know what percentage of pass plays that was per season. If we had a 54% decrease in numbers of pass plays, then it really wasn't an improvement.

2023 - 261 pass attempts + 30 sacks allowed = 291 passes (still missing scrambles on called passes)
2022 - 340 pass attempts + 32 sacks allowed = 372 passes
So pressured on roughly 22% of passes for 2023, down from 32% in 2022. Still significant, and I would guess we had a lot more scrambles on called passes in 2023 compared to 2022 so the difference is potentially even larger. But to your point, yeah - we threw the ball a lot less which helps the raw numbers.
