To which school will Simpson commit?

Has tumbled down the Rivals rankings due to "limited film" and "academic questions".  But they said he did really well on the camp circuit this summer and looked good playing basketball so may work his way back up.

In fairness, he's moved up the rankings on On3.

 
He said that Texas and USC have been after him but he's told them he's "locked in" with Nebraska.

He said he might go to a USC game but it's just because he's never been to California.  Already talked to Rhule about it.
