Lol. That’s what I just said to my son, who told me I was illiterate, but secretly has no clue either.Georgia/Clemson makes me not understand what any of it is supposed to mean.

That may have been Dylan’s prettiest throw of the game.I've watched the replay a few times now and I'm thinking If Neyor takes one or two more steps instead of diving he could have just reached out and caught that deep ball
We'll see how that goes when we get into actual B1G play...Another thing I learned is we’re willing to run the ball on 3rd and 3 or 4, and can actually convert.
I know everyone likes to s#!t on Fidone, but it's pretty hard to do much when everyone whiffs on their blocks (5:13)
I too have heard the Dowdell narrative since last week. He certainly looked good - don't get me wrong - but man, I hope that fumble stuff was just a fluke and not something that's indicative of why he's an "OR" alongside everyone else.I am learning not many people respect Emmet Johnson. I've watched a bunch analysis videos and prediction stuff. More than a handful of people saying Dowdel looked the best by far. I think he had a good game but Emmet out gained him, had an explosive run and caught a pass. He performs and seems his relegated back to being the 4th back.
kinda my point tho as he was the only one with a run over 12-14 yards. He made a guy miss and made two others take bad angles. I think Dowdel had and opportunity for a really nice run but he lowered his shoulder on the guy instead of making a move to make him miss. I'm happy with everyone's effort. It would be nice to complete a game without a RB coughing up the ball.I too have heard the Dowdell narrative since last week. EJ ran pretty well, really all the backs had their moments, but I don't know if people don't necessarily respect EJ. I think we all kind of witnessed why all four backs are "OR" because they all seem to have some strengths and weaknesses, and so now people are kind of parsing out a hierarchy based on their personal preferences. For example, if you take away EJ's longest run, he was 7 for 29 which was a 4.14 average. Take away DD's longest run, he was a 6.14 average. And they relied on DD to bring home a TD at one point which was an opportunity EJ didn't get. The flipside to that though is would DD or any of the other backs have hit the second level as well as EJ did on his long run, and is EJ more capable of those than others?
I think time will tell. One game probably wasn't enough to really make good conclusions one way or the other.
EJ was my favorite last year and this year so far, but I'm not someone who thinks I know better than the coaches, and I don't have any numbers to back it up.
