Hacky workaround Colorado gameday thread, presented by AllState!

Dude, my god...

What did that one cost? 70?

It looks amazing!  How long did you have it on for and what temp?
Took about 3 hours at 225, 7 lbs on the roast.

It cost me about $80 but I got a huge discount, retails for about $330. 11.5 lbs., I got 5 other ribeye steaks carved off first.

It was excellent. Only thing was the fat/gristle vein between the ribeye and the lip was very very tough. Had to cut that bit out.

It looks amazing!  Great price too!

I said it before but the idea that you want the other team to have to return kicks so that you can pin them deep is stoooopid.

Some advice from an executive chef of 30 years. 225 degrees for 2 hours back down the temp to 135 for 6 hours....chefs kiss! Your's looks good though 👍
