Jeff Simms was his guy, whom Rhule deemed is NFL-caliber.

It might be getting to a point where you cannot overstate how bad this product is.

Raiola is way too casual in the pocket. He needs to get rid of the ball way quicker.

Someone last week or 2 mentioned he "throws lazy".  He just seems to play with no urgency.  Unsure if he's that calm or is as you said "too casual".
