Foley, McGuire, Satt, could go and I wouldn't mind.  

I see the Special Teams issues as cultural and begun by Scott Frost.  I wish I were skilled enough to ferret out video quotes from that person, but I do recall him saying, "I just don't like kickers."  What fine kicker would want to develop or be recruited by a program with an HC that makes such a remark?  It seems our ST issues grew from that point.

Satterfield is awful. South Carolina wanted him gone and and we're seeing why. Our special teams are worst in the nation. Some coaches need to be fired.

Look at Satt's record offenses as OC.  His best was his last year at USC (IIRC) was rated around 44th.  His others in the 70's and 80's.  He is below average.  Was and will be.  And at 1.4 million is in the 4th group of OC's in pay.
