Should we fire Satterfield??

Fie Satterfield. Seriously. The ineptness of him is staggering. 

The only success passing today has been down the field with slants and seams and he cannot help himself from throwing screens that lose 3 yards at a time. Just utter stupidity. 

 
Cannot imagine how nervous he must've been at the end of this game.  Dry-heaving type nerves.  

Bubble screen, RB screen, delay screen...

We're still developing him though...

 
All I want to see on Moday is this thread name changed to Satt Fired!   We haven't run a successful screen game in about 7 years.  When the chips were down, he went all stubborn and into "I'll show them mode" and dialed up screens....Great job

 
Most of the game wasn't called too bad, but that last series...  :facepalm:

You wasted a great chance to gash a run by letting the clock go down to the 2 minute warning. You had to run at least once to keep them honest, and because you had some big gainers the last 2 series. Very poor choice.

Also, I have no idea why you're trying to throw 2 screens in a row when they've been going no where all day, and one of them is to the flats when you were quoted this week as saying perimeter blocking has been poor.  :facepalm:   :facepalm: :facepalm:

If your QB is continually going for the deep ball instead of getting the yards to stay alive, that's a coaching problem not a player problem.

The screen plays for loss are beyond baffling.  Is there no ability to throw 7-8 slants, outs, hooks?  More play action and moving Raiola would also help.

As a run the damn ball guy, I was over joyed to see Raiola scrambling and running.  I'd love to add more of that in the last 4 games....And now there were 4.....to get 1....

 
We can complain about the OC and DC, but everything runs thru the headset of Rhule and he can or could say NO, run something else and chooses to do nothing.  I am not impressed with Rhule at this point.  He is too much of an NFL CEO coach who I wonder if he even knows the offensive play calls?  I wonder if he knows what the plays are being called.....This program is no better than it was, just the competition is worse in some cases.  This Ohio St team today, did not show me that they are worthy of a Top 10 ranking.  We should have won this game by two touchdowns!
