Id have the 4 coaches we have left watching every FCS and D2 playoff game trying to find talent we could steal.  Have the 1890 bat signal ready when we need to dump a bag of money at someone’s feet.

I hope we are done with sec rejects from other programs.

you are on here talking tons of s#!t about a kid that was trying to win in high school last year and them compared him to a QB that sucked all night. “Iowa’s 4th string QB did it” Your words dude.

I read the entire thread, and I comprehend very well. The biggest take away is, you don’t know what you are talking about. Keep typing away and acting like you understand, but you don’t. You’re just an angry fan who told everyone that would listen this was our year, and now it has to be someone else’s fault that you were wrong. Or, you really believed we were getting Urban Meyer or someone like that so you are disappointed and are taking early shots at Rhule. 
 

Either way, you have ALWAYS been negative. Not surprised you’ve decided to die on the “the 5* QB isn’t good at 18/19 years old” hill. Good luck with that. 
 

Think I will wait for a bit, let him develop, before passing judgement.

Agreed.  Rhule can't be Mr Nice guy any longer. This is a business that must competed.  He already has the best raw materials:  facilities, adequate funding, enough talent (based on class ranking) and fan base - now he needs the best people to put it all together - coaches.  Let Dana hire a whole new staff on O and bring in a Big 10 experienced DC.

Gonna say it now--if Matt Rhule skips town while Dana is OC, promote him to Head Coach and let him have the $$ to get a good DC lined up. And a good Special Teams coordinator. Dana's offense is prolific, it's his defense and ST that got him fired from both WV and Houston. 

If Dana could get talent to WV, he can certainly get it to Lincoln.

He wasn't fired at West Virginia. Houston lured him away.

To me, the exception for transfers like Trey Palmer is when the player follows a coach or the coach left the program where the kid exited, 
 

But I too hedge optimism for another transfer from a p5 school.
