2024-2025 College Football Playoff

Again...not arguing...but going 0-4 was bad year one.  It'll straighten out.  Look at what parody has done for the ncaa tournament...I'm not suggesting a 64 team tournament and 16s beating 1s...I'm just saying they've had transfers impact the landscape of cbb faster than cfb.

It will get there...

Dunno about you but I've enjoyed the hell out of this weekend in spite of the blowouts.

This is a dead week on the college football schedule and they've turned it into something good. And as alluded to before, I love seeing southern teams go north and get their butts handed to them in the cold.
This.  I did also.  People just love to complain about everything and anything, but more football is awesome.  The first round games in future years will be better, and we will see upsets occasionally too, that is how playoffs work and it is a wonderful thing.

CFB Media with 4 team playoff blowouts: 😴

CFB Media with 12 team playoff blowouts: 🤬

I'll take

Boise +11

ASU +12.5

Ohio St -2.5

ND +1.5

If you want to get really spicy, I would take ASU straight up on the money line.

Didn’t watch the entirety of the game, but Alabama got hosed by an absolute terrible illegal formation penalty where the flag was thrown as the WR caught a 40yd TD in the end zone. Would still have been down and needed another score, but wiped points and derailed momentum.

Not sure if anyone is watching the Citrus Bowl but this is an intense game. Shane Beamer has been a big crybaby from the beginning and them Bret began to troll him causing Beamer to come unglued. I dont think there will be a handshake.

How is it legal that the whole dam playoff can be bought and broadcast by only one network?  Multiple public universities, and no games to be broadcast over the open airwaves.  There is something wrong about that.  Also, the bracket assignments are a little suspect.  This whole thing is just a profit machine, with a little watered down football in the mix, if you can afford to pay to see it.

What do you mean if you can afford to pay to see it? You’re upset because it’s not on ABC, NBC, CBS, or FOX? Do you have one of those televisions with 12 channels on it? I’m sure the championship game will be made available to you.
