Nebrasketball @ Penn State

I don’t get the frustration…you all know we are historically a trash basketball program, right?  We get a coach who took said trash program to the dance last year and on the cusp of it in back to back years and some of you want to be done with him?!

In what alternate reality do we all live in that makes any of you believe this is a destination job for someone 😆.  We are mostly competitive now…we aren’t a doormat.  We have 6 quad 1 wins this year for gods sake 😆.

im sorry, its just overly ridiculous.  17-10 this year…23-11 last year…FIRE FRED!  That’s 40-21 in the last 2 seasons…that’s .656 winning percentage.  Or for those that don’t math well, we basically win 2 out of every 3 games we play the past 2 years…but yeah, burn it down…

I'd argue with you for fun, but yes huskers with back to back ncaa tourneys.  Been a long time coming

Loved your take.  I don't think Husker Nation really wants Hoiberg fired.  But it is okay to blow off steam and call him an idiot - especially losing by 17 to Penn State - a team that lost 12 of their last 13 games going into it.  That just should not have happened.  At least be competitive and make it a 2 possession game. Sheesh.

I think his seat should be warm - not hot.  But also, it's his s#!tty offense that he runs.  Dribble down the clock, try to get it to Brice who's always covered, and hope Gary can help out taking it to the paint.  Result - "if they both make buckets, we win!"   It's awful lol.  

Keep Hoiberg.  Just change the offense playbook.

Stagnant offense is obviously an issue this year, agreed 👍 

we don’t have many shot creators here.  Last years team was honestly, very well put together.  That’s what helped with offensive flow.  It was a really connected bunch with multi ability guys.

this years group has to manufacture way more buckets instead of organically coming from mast, allick, tominaga, wilcher, lawerence, teamed with Brice and Gary.  That  team had so many options any given night.  This team is limited in that respect.

they won the portal last year…this year they did a fair job…I just don’t like comparing the two teams much because they are legit completely different in their makeup.
