I think he was open and honest. Really, I am guessing most of us have "taken the wrong job" before...I like Rhule's response to the Frost comments. I imagine Rhule has been messaged non-stop for some kind of response and he's probably tired of it.
Hopefully we can back that comment up with a good to great season and put the Frost soap opera behind us.
I agree with this. The issue is that Frost didn't do what was needed to turn the program around. Rhule has taken many steps to do that and we have seen some improvement. Now, let's hope he gets the job done.I get Rhule's comments and appreciate his efforts to put this to bed but I disagree with the terminology. Nebraska has always been a good job for a coach. It is just more challenging than some other places so not everyone is capable.
Maybe, there is no "blue print" that just automatically works.I agree with this. The issue is that Frost didn't do what was needed to turn the program around. Rhule has taken many steps to do that and we have seen some improvement. Now, let's hope he gets the job done.
Nope, there isn't a blue print. But, some coaches have the ability to see what needs fixed and have a solution. Others, not so much.Maybe, there is no "blue print" that just automatically works.
If there was, Saban would not have been lame at MSU.
