I believe Cally might still have a job if he were not stubborn and would have cut Coz ions ago. His O play calling has been suspect at times but overall the O has been productive.

Our D is not be aggressive...they are second guessing themselves. Anyone notice a few plays ago where our lineman had a clear lane to Hawkins and just stood there?

He wasn't assigned to get Hawkins.

Thats how they have played most of the year.

His offenses stall at crucial times though. I just have no faith in his ability to coach the team.
