Nebraska's Wide Receiver Room: From Spare Parts to 'Sports Cars'?

Good stuff. Thanks! Going through the previous 2 years, this definitely seems like the year we finally have solid weapons and some quality depth. :Biggest" guys we have had. Would love to see us start actually getting our share of 50/50 balls and contested catches.....Key to making a run is going to be depth. Not a receiver, tackle, 1 and2 etc, but 1a and 1b. We are getting there.

I will wait to see how they look in game as opposed to practice, practice is essential but it is inherently deceiving. Your reactions are different, the mental tension is different, everything is different. I'm not saying this in a "Oh they're actually garbage" sense. That'd be ridiculous. Just, I really think we should slow our roll until we see the actual on-the-field product in game. If they ball out in game, then pedal to the metal baby.

Could not agree more, the proof will be on game day.
