What Did We Learn? - Michigan

We’d rather go the death by a thousand paper cut route. What was it, a 16 play, 9.5 min drive to ice the game against Michigan? But hey, we don’t give up big passes- there’s something to be proud of!
I remember when NU used to do this. Run it right down your throat. Like delivering body blows in the 4th quarter.....*Rhule prior to 2024 season....

Once again, OL not nearly as bad as many like to claim. Somewhat above average.

Not saying they couldn't be better.

Take Akron and Houston Christian aside as they really don't count. The OL had issues run blocking in both Cincy and Michigan. Difference is Michigan's edges dominated that game against the pass. Against the two schools with a pulse consider me underwhelmed.

The graph/figure is kind of irrelevant is what I’m saying. Against two teams with a pulse they weren’t impressive. I would say average and well below average in game 1/game 4.
I know. And I’m saying there’s a lot of teams on there that very well might be the same.
