If we don't get the 6th win against Northwestern next week it could get really tricky with the remaining schedule of USC, UCLA, Penn State, & Iowa.

That 1-10 stat was BRUTAL. Front load the wins with weaker competition and muddle through the remaining ones and hope to go bowling. We are Nebraska. The bar is so low it makes me sick. Bowl eligible is a battle cry for some bottom feeding school. Not a historical blue blood. PSU firing Franklin reminds me of firing Frank and to a degree Bo....Be careful what you wish for. You might just get it.....

This was all I was trying to say to you. The line was so very awful, and Dylan needs to realize this and stop dancing around like he Lamar Jackson trying to buy more time. Find the hole and get back to line of scrimmage or gain a couple yards.

Combine that crappy QB and line play with the mind numbingly awful game plan Dana had. I have no idea what he is thinking. How does he not know his line sucks and his QB can’t seem to understand how to read a rush and where to bail out. He’ll move the damn pocket do him and and do some speed roll outs, quick screens, teach him how to better throw a damn fade pattern. He cost the team 6 points missing a wide open Dane Key. Just terrible all the way around on offense outside of EJ’s running (definitely not his blitz pick up or chip help though. That was about as bad as I’ve see a RB block)

This game made me realize that hope of better things to come is just false hope. Someone else said it today, but this is just who/what the program is going forward tell proven otherwise. An underachieving football program that constantly is in the bottom third of the Big 10.

Until some coach can figure out a way to have a better than average o-line, it’s gonna stay that way.
