Pretty sure HuskerMax, and now Huskerboard are intertwined with SI, which is where Trevor is writing those articles.
We're not planning to spin up a separate section, no. Threads rise or fall based on engagement, like any other topic, so if people don't interact then the thread will slide naturally down the index.
trevortarr has express permission from the site's owner to post his content here to help drive engagement/clicks and drive traffic back to SI, so we're doing what we can to help support that and provide transparency for everyone.
We're keeping an eye on it all and trevor has been receptive to feedback. We'll revisit structure if we need to but for the time being we're going to see how it goes.
I get some folks don't like it however we're not going to allow people to derail the threads so keep that in mind if you decide to participate - keep it constructive and on-topic, practice some self-control and move on to another thread, or put him on Ignore.

It's not my sandbox, so I get it. I'm not trying to be dramatic. It doesn't have significant impact on my experience. It's just spam to me.
Posting links to your own articles every other day does not match the intent of a message board (IMO). People that have done this in the past don't last that long.
