Yeah, the first ten minutes was pretty shaky but it was all Avs after that. I’ve got Mackinnon and Necas on my fantasy team this year.

Yeah, that hit completely changed the game. Prior to the hit, there weren't many shots on goal. It was much more exciting after that. I was surprised by the play of Necas. I didn't think Colorado would be able to replace Rantanen, but Necas has played well. Hopefully it continues. Old man Burns looked sharp as well, for being 40. I hated seeing him leave the Sharks.

Mika Zibanejad was at a loss for words after he and the Rangers made history by becoming the first team in NHL history to get shut out in each of its first three home games of the season.

Nothing like hanging your goalie out for four goals in the 1st. Pulled Wedgwood and put in Miner (the Eagles goalie). He did great, stopped 20 of 20. Avs outplayed them 2nd and 3rd but started too deep in the hole. 48-31 shots on goal. Kinda of a wild game.Looks even better with that score
I actually bet the Avs to win when they were down 1-4 (+500). Almost made it
But those Nordiques jerseys were legit. Think I’ll get a #21 Forsberg. Thought the Whalers looked great too. Anxious to see the opposite color scheme when we go to Carolina.
