Prime Time!!! - Deion Sanders Hired as Colorado Head Coach

I'm headed to my first game in Boulder to see ASU hopefully put a whooping on sCUm. I've always wanted to see a game there, but it was never going to be a Husker game because their fans are awful. We'll see how they are to a guy in ASU gear.

My dad and sister went when TCU played up there last time. Their fans still suck either way
 
According to ESPN's main page, "Sanders shines in first start."

He was 11/20 for 209 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT. He had a QBR of 8.7.

Did you not see Shedeur's amazing TD pass?

I mean he threw it 8 yards sideways to the RB on a screen and the RB took it 66 yards to the house. You telling me Tom Brady or Peyton Manning ever made a throw that good?
 
Welp, this weekend will finally be Prime's last game at CU (strong guess).

KSU is favored by 17.5

Coach Prime's season will end with Colorado finishing 3-9 overall and 2nd to last place in the Big 12 (crazy how awful OSU Cowboys were).

I just pray no one does anything stupid, like hiring him at Arkansas or UCLA.

It was fun, had a good time. I thought Ralphie was kind of cool, but the rest of the gameday environment was kind of a dud. The student section wasn't even half full, but most of the people around me were pretty calm. I heard a lot of "ASU sucks" in the first half, but those drunkards were really quiet in the second half. The most obnoxious fan I encountered was actually also a UofA fan from Tucson, so he's a double idiot in my book. But he got so drunk that he disappeared in the third quarter, and I never saw him again. I'm also pretty chill in someone else's stadium, not a big trash talker. Most of the people near me just got a kick out of my Jeff Sims woes.

The CU campus is beautiful, and so is the stadium. But the overall environment was meh. I was speaking to a lot of people around me, and they gave the impression that people are sort of over the "prime effect" and they see him as nothing more than a salesman who says the same crap every week, but can't deliver any results.

Plus when Prime got hired, the AD who hired him and just recently stepped down as AD to become an advisory to the chancellor, had asked Deion to give him 2 years, per Sanders. And Prime said "I told him I'll give you 3".

Meaning 2 years with his sons & Hunter, plus this year's crap show. It's over.
