Last year doesn't matter, especially in 2025 with the transfer portal. These teams are what their record says, no need to spin a narrative to make them better than they are either. They lost to the two best teams on that schedule. They did have some solid wins, but the point was that it is absurd to say "most dominant 10 games in CFB history". I mean, Ohio State beat 6 top 10 teams in a 10 game stretch just last season, wasn't that a little better than what ND did beating 2-10 teams repeatedly?
The playoff should be expanded IMO, but the rules are the rules this year with JMU getting in as a conference champ. Their AD has lost his damn mind though. He has taken his response much too far, and the opt out was really weak, and they are being justly ridiculed because of it.
