Elijah Robinson Hired as Defensive Line Coach?

Remember that Robinson had coached at A&M before and that perhaps without dollars even being mentioned they have about every advantage other than Rhule's relationship with him. Stability, access to more elite talent, & competing for championships just to name a few.

It is rumored that he has a "personal reason" for staying south that is in play.

Presumably different from Sherrone Moore's "person reason."
 
Whoever they hire it better be someone who has a large appetite for recruiting. We are going to need portal guys. Money matters but relationships are still as big as ever.
 
Sounds like we are waiting until after Utah to focus on the DL. Guess we had all of our eggs in one basket. Brutal.
 
We got one of the best ST coaches in the country last year, and one of the hottest DC names when Rhule was hired, and one of the most respected offensive minds in the modern era, so why not?
