2025-2026 College Football Playoff

Indiana was amazing all year, but the thing that continues to stand out is how disciplined they are...and in a relatively undisciplined game for them. They don't fumble. They generally keep teams in front of them on D. Just an amazing story...maybe a top 3-5 story in the history of the sport...and I can't actively think of the ones in play that would be better.

Unreal.

Watching this game, 2025 we were really lacking in talent. Hoping staff changes and portal will see a much different Nebraska in 2026.

Staff changes, maybe. Portal...

My main takeaway from Indiana is we need more 24-year-olds on our roster every year. Taking a bunch of teenagers and hoping they pan out in 3 or 4 years just isn't feasible anymore. The good ones will not be on your roster in 3 or 4 years. I know that's how Rhule likes to do it, but he needs to adapt.

Seems like every offseason I hear about how we have the youngest roster in the country. That ain't going to get it done.

Agree especially when Rhule and company are some of the worst at player development. If you are going to take young players or talent that has not been molded yet, you need assistants with excellent development skills.
