I can confirm this...I heard it from a friend who knows a guy who installed some nutria cages in the head coach's office.

Well, if this rumor is true then Osborne just flat out lied to the press after the player's meeting that ended a few minutes ago.

According to the Lincoln Journal Star, Osborne said that he has "not offered the job to anyone" at this point.

 
The only thing with coaching hires is, there IS no offer until the time the other guy accepts the offer. Yes I know it is circular logic, but that is how these things work.

 
well after listening to the radio today I have no idea what is going to happen. Apparently ISU used the same search firm and no one had even heard of their guy till he was named coach. Iwant Bo, but after all the crap Ive heard today well????????????????Who knows what will happen

Well it's worked out pretty well for ISU, so I guess that's a good thing.

 
I really feel for you guys. TexAgs was at least this bad...or worse...while we were speculating on our new coach...and it started WEEKS before Fran actually resigned. I hope y'all find out soon!
