I am guessing Gundy (800,000) to Gene Chitzek (1,100,000) kind of money. Then the bonus to be $25,000 for each step up on the scale of the post season (BCS worth $100,000-$125,00). If he is paid over 1.1 then we are paying too much to an unproven head coach commodity.

$100,000 bonus for every time he crosses the field and rips the coach for running up the score. I don't think thats going to happen with him at the helm of the D though.
