Our up and coming coach vs their 4 million dollar man. I am pumped for this matchup, it could be a great recruiting boost for us to play one of the nation's most storied football progams.

Shreveport is not really a bad town, lots of casinos, great hospitality, fine LA cooking. Those folks will go out of the way for the bowl participants. It could always be worse, I could not have a team in a bowl game.
I doubt that and I think you do too, we have a good head coach who seems like a perfect fit for Boulder. We are shaping up to have a solid recruiting class and considering our record I can only imagine where we go from here.Shreveport is not really a bad town, lots of casinos, great hospitality, fine LA cooking. You will be back to staying home sooner than you think.

As much as it pains me to say it, the Buffs look to be well on the way back. As you said, once you're past next year's schedule, with the recruits you have coming in, Colorado is gonna be one tough match-up.Well you are right about one thing, I am absolutely surprised by the shape of this years recruiting class with several more scholarships to hand out. We just got a commitment from Lynn Katoa the #2 LB in the nation and we are still awaiting word on Darrell Scott the #1 RB in the nation. This is turning into a hell of a recruiting class for a team that was 2-10 last year and 6-6 this year. It gives me goose pimples just to think about what Hawk can do when we start getting back to the national scene again. I reckon about 2 years, next year we are still young with a brutal schedule but after that we will be seasoned and hungry and I believe we will have a solid chance at not only the Big 12 North but a solid chance of comepeting for the Big 12. Interestingly enough If KU, Mizzou, you guys, as well as us can be in the thick of things and UT and OU doesn't go anywhere I think the Big 12 could challenge the SEC for top dog in conference power.

Live in Arkansas, but used to live in Nebraska. Don't really follow the Hogs, but can't help but hearing about them.Hey_As much as it pains me to say it, the Buffs look to be well on the way back. I just saw that you"re in Ark. Since this is BIG12 board, it"so kay to talk about the Cotton Bowl since MU (BIG12) is in it. If you talk to people in Ark, what do they think of the MU_ARK game on JAN 1? Maybe you can be like a Tiger reporter or some thing on this best BIG12 web.
Or it can be that you don"t care about it or those Hogs. Only you can know for sure .
Okay and thank"s.

Spent some time in Shreveport (among other places in LA, Miss, Ala) during Katrina setting up Networks for the Red Cross. Shreveport's not bad. At least they have gambling.(heavy breathing)
