I received an email from scouts today stating "New commit". When I went to the link, I was and am not sure who this is. Anyone heard anything?

I think Doug Rippy went from a Soft Verbal to a solid commit.I received an email from scouts today stating "New commit". When I went to the link, I was and am not sure who this is. Anyone heard anything?
