favorite sites for photoshop tutorials/.psds?

there used to be some sites id go to..forums..which would have sig tutorials and .psd's where you could learn what other people did and mix in your own stuff..but i forgot what they were. anyone know of any? thanks

That site isn't good anymore because the old owner sold it and the new one doesn't want to do any upkeep. I moved over to .o2 now.
