I think every future recruit needs understand that concept or go elsewhere with best wishes.

 
It's nice when your head coach feels the same way. Ok, I know this is supposed to be about recruiting, but I couldn't resist. What you are describing is how Bo appears to feel about the program. And to find what appears to be a very quality coach with this kind of passion would be hard to find no matter how much money or benefits is offered. Now back to recruiting. :)
