Alright. After 5 grueling weeks of being handicap. I'm finally going in to have my acl surgery so that I can spend another....8 or so weeks being handicap. I'm not too worried about the surgery, I just don't really want to do it. However, it's necessary and I know that soon I'll be 100 percent again, like I never even tore my acl in the first place.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know. Wish me luck.

Be glad it happened now - at your age, the recovery is decidely shorter. The older you get, the longer it takes.

 
Good luck man and I hope everything goes well. I know when I went under the knife for the first time I was scared to death! All I felt was a burning in my arm and then bam lights out.
